In this role, you will oversee bus scheduling and serve as a liaison for our major contracted customers. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dispatch or terminal operations. Your expertise in problem-solving and customer service will be vital in supporting drivers and handling complaints.

• Manage all bus route schedules
• Counsel and support drivers and monitors
• Control heavy phone and radio traffic
• Report scheduling issues to supervisors

Requirements:
