Your Role

As a Learning Designer for Early Childhoodwith MoveRays, you will:

- Meet with parents online or in-person to assess family and child activities.

- Develop and customize holistic learning plans based on child development principles.





- Engage with families in creating meaningful digital content as personal heirlooms and tools for learning.

- Promote physical activity through fun and healthy age-appropriate activities.

- Facilitate family outings to community venues, fostering growth and connection.

- Collaborate with preschools and community educators to document learning milestones.

- Support parents in moderating digital content and managing purposeful technology use.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- A valid Early Childhood Education Certificate or equivalent.

- Experience working with children and families.

- Proficiency with digital tools for learning and content creation.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and partners.

- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

- A clear criminal record check.
