Be a crucial part of Eaton's EHS team as a Bilingual EHS Coordinator located in Mississauga, ON or Calgary, AB. This role focuses on driving EHS compliance and fostering a culture of safety across multiple Canadian locations.
In this position, you will report to the Satellite EHS Manager and leverage your 2-3 years of EHS experience to maintain safety standards. You'll be responsible for generating reports, conducting training, and updating safety protocols across Eaton's various plants. Your bilingual skills in English and French will facilitate effective communication necessary for training and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a proactive EHS culture within the organization
• Compile and analyze EHS performance data




• Provide EHS training for diverse teams
• Conduct hazard assessments and develop safety procedures
• Support Joint Health and Safety Committees in resolving issues
Requirements:
• Minimum education: College diploma or degree
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Understanding of Canadian health and safety regulations
• Availability for occasional travel
