Polished customer service skills and an interest in our products, specifically beer, wine, and spirits
You enjoy helping others and building customer relationships and a sense of community
You have retail or customer service experience
You have a desire to continually learn new things
You can lift 50 lbs safely
You have evening and weekend availability
Key responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection, providing food pairing suggestions
Receive orders, unload pallets and stock the sales floor
Educate guests about the product and what’s behind each bottle
Maintain overall presentation of the store
Process orders at the till, ensuring that each guest has an excellent in-store experience
Warehouse duties including stocking shelves, unloading pallets, and reorganizing the warehouse area
