We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about interior design and home décor, has proven retail sales experience, and enjoys helping customers find the perfect pieces for their space. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products suited to their needs
Provide knowledgeable product information and demonstrations
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store workplace
Answer customer questions in person, by phone, or via email with professionalism and courtesy
Stay informed on product details and inventory




Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience
Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting

Experience:
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team setting and independently
Able to write emails quickly and professionally to customers
Must be able to speak clearly and effectively to customers
Experience with social media management and content creation

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
