Cerebras is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist responsible for the complete order-to-invoice cycle, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Services, and Finance. You will conduct crucial month-end billing activities while managing credits, resolving inquiries, and improving processes to support company growth and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the complete billing cycle for hardware and services • Coordinate month-end billing close activities with other teams • Translate contract and operational information into invoices • Manage adjustments with audit-ready documentation and approval • Support collections processes and resolve payment issues
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 4–7 years of billing or finance operations experience • Proficiency in NetSuite and Advanced Revenue Management • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis • Robust attention to detail with a focus on reconciliation
