Manager, Training Design and Delivery Audit/Risk: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Manager, Training Design and Delivery Audit/Risk for a 10-month role.

This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our clients Toronto office.

Manager, Training Design and Delivery Audit/Risk - Job Description: The project involves introducing a digitized audit process with a suite of tools that includes existing, out-of-box, and in-house builds.

The Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training to enable the launch of a current technology tool and related processes.

Manager, Training Design and Delivery Audit/Risk - Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver training materials and guides.

Partner with subject matter experts to understand the learning audience and assess their needs.

Work closely with the Director, Major Program Change Management to align training with the overall change strategy.

Interact with the Learning & Development team to ensure alignment with guiding principles and standards.

Deliver training metrics and track participation over time.

Manager, Training Design and Delivery Audit/Risk - Mandatory Skills:



7+ years of experience in a dedicated Training Role.

Background in Audit, Risk, Compliance, or IT transformation preferred.

Proven ability to deliver training in virtual formats and create multi-media content.

Comfort facilitating and leading sessions for large stakeholder groups.

Robust communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to the audience.

Expertise in Camtasia or Adobe Premiere for video content creation.

Expert level in Power

Point for developing content.

Manager, Training Design and Delivery Audit/Risk Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with online registration and survey tools like Slottr or MS Forms.

Familiarity with video conferencing tools such as Webex or Teams.

Manager, Training Design and Delivery Audit/Risk Assignment Length: This is a 10-month contract position.
