Become the Member Services Administrative Coordinator, providing vital administrative and strategic support to enhance community safety programs in a full time capacity. Leverage your organizational skills to enhance departmental efficiencies and communication.

In this role, you will support the Director of Member Services by managing their calendar, processing correspondence, and leading the coordination of the Community Safety Strategy. Your ability to manage multiple priorities will support effective meeting planning, reporting, and project tracking to ensure CSS initiatives thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Director's calendar and departmental meetings
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
• Monitor and track Community Safety Strategy progress




• Facilitate communication across Member Services departments
• Aid in the continuous improvement of administrative processes

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant administrative field
• Three years of executive support experience required
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• Solid communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with First Nations organizations preferred
