Job description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial equipment who is looking to grow in a dynamic work workplace.

Location & Compensation: Location: Sherwin Rd, Winnipeg Pay Rate: $30/hour Schedule: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM (initial one-month training on day shift, then transition to evening shift) Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, including inspection, cleaning, and repair of equipment Start up and shut down equipment following established operational and safety procedures Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical machinery and systems Install, maintain, and repair electrical fixtures, wiring, panels, and breakers Work with PLC systems, including basic programming and troubleshooting Interpret manuals, schematics,



and engineering drawings to complete maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures and electrical codes Collaborate with operators and team members to resolve equipment issues Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Manitoba Licensed Electrician (required) 24 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience Knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, and power distribution systems Robust understanding of electrical theory, safety procedures, and compliance standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What Were Looking For: Detail-oriented and safety-focused individual Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Team player with positive communication abilities Application question(s): Do you have a Manitoba Licensed Electrician designation?
