Become a part of the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) as a Senior Analyst specializing in Regional Information Management. This role is key to improving health outcomes by aligning data strategies with community needs and regional priorities.
You will lead various initiatives focused on information management, working closely with First Nations and regional teams. Your role includes translating complex data into actionable solutions that adhere to OCAP principles and privacy standards, thereby facilitating effective decision-making and enhancing regional capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives in information management and data strategy
• Transform complex technical data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with First Nations to strengthen reporting workflows
• Build local capacity aligned with FNHA goals
• Drive community-informed practices in information management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a relevant field
• 5–7 years’ experience in enterprise-scale projects
• Experience with First Nations health programs
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to engage non-technical audiences
