As the Safety and Compliance Lead, you will report directly to the Application Engineering Manager, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure safety and compliance standards are met consistently.

Your responsibilities include defining safety requirements, conducting risk assessments, and validating safety compliance for our advanced robotic systems. This key position demands robust technical authority in regulatory compliance, with a focus on safety with both in-house and externally built systems. Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain safety requirements for all robotic systems




Conduct risk assessments and functional safety calculations
Validate and sign off on safety readiness for all systems
Lead third-party certification engagements and audits
Develop and maintain internal safety documentation frameworks Requirements:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in machinery safety and compliance roles
Familiar with TÜV, UL, CSA standards
Experience with regional regulatory frameworks is a bonus
