Reporting to the National Director of Philanthropy and Campaigns, this key role requires a results-oriented individual skilled in fundraising and institutional compliance. You will lead proposal writing, build donor stewardship frameworks, and partner with finance and programming teams to translate complex data into engaging narratives that resonate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-quality proposals and funding applications
• Develop customized impact reports for significant donors
• Ensure accurate reporting of outcomes and budgets
• Create a central repository for proposal workflows
• Implement a comprehensive donor stewardship strategy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 4–5 years of experience in grant writing and development
