In this key leadership role, you will manage field operations for powerline construction, ensuring adherence to plans and building codes. You will develop and lead the Project Quality Plan, implement safety programs, and guide various project staff while anticipating and resolving construction challenges. Your extensive experience in the field will support effective scheduling and milestone management while fostering teamwork and guiding staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and approved plans
• Develop and lead the Project Quality Plan to ensure conformance




• Update construction schedules for complex projects as needed
• Lead incident investigations and recommend safety program improvements
• Mentor and allocate resources to project superintendents

Requirements:
• 15 years of powerline construction experience preferred
• 5+ years in a superintendent role
• Post-secondary education in Construction or Engineering
• Robust communication skills with diverse teams
• Clean driver’s abstract and industrial project experience
