Your responsibilities will include designing effective safety programs, training personnel, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. This role requires a proactive approach to safety leadership, fostering enthusiasm among team members at all levels. Key Responsibilities:
Foster a safety-first culture among site teams
Develop and maintain safety management plans
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Monitor and review safety training progress
Assist in incident investigation and reporting

Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety/Health
Minimum ten years in Health, Safety, and Environmental roles
Five years’ contractor management experience required
Wind/solar construction experience preferred
CHST certification is required; CSP is preferred
