Join as a Capital Investments Project Leader responsible for managing major projects and guiding project teams in the mechanical and agri-food sectors. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.

In the role of Project Leader, you will report directly to the Major Projects and Infrastructure Manager, overseeing and coordinating a dedicated team of Project Managers. Your focus will be on the continuous improvement of project management practices and ensuring that all projects align with strategic organizational needs. You'll provide mentorship and develop your team's skills throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise all stages of project completion
• Communicate regularly with multidisciplinary teams




• Conduct reviews of investment requests for completeness
• Recruit and train team members for optimal performance
• Deliver updates to senior management on project status

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or comparable training
• At least 5 years of engineering experience, 3 years managing projects
• Understanding of early equipment management (EEM)
• Effective communication in French and English
• Solid leadership and organizational skills
