Our energy and resources client is seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist III (10+ years of experience) to support contract conformance activities using contract administration and construction project documentation processes This role supports capital and maintenance projects of elevated complexity within an oil and gas setting.

The position focuses on contract conformance, contractor coordination, change order management, and contract documentation across construction-related projects.

The Contract Conformance Specialist III works closely with project management, construction, project controls, legal, and SCM stakeholders to support project execution and contractual compliance.

Contract, Calgary, or Edmonton - 3 days a week in office Must Haves 10+ years in contract administration , contract conformance , construction projects , or energy industry environments Contracting process and contractual issue management within energy industry construction projects Contract documentation , change order management , contract compliance , and document control Technical contract language related to scope , pricing ,



and project-specific instructions Bachelors or Associates degree in engineering, construction, legal, technical, or business discipline Nice to Have Gas pipeline industry experience Hybrid work workplace experience Compliance audit support exposure Responsibilities Support execution of project contracting strategies and contract conformance activities Facilitate preparation of work releases, contract agreements, scopes, specifications, pricing documents, and special instructions Draft and review technical contract language related to scope, pricing, requirements, and project instructions Coordinate incorporation of functional requirements, contractor clarifications, and qualifications into contract documents Manage the change order process including logs, directives, contractor change requests, and approved change orders Review contractor submittals and invoices for contractual compliance Coordinate contract closeout activities, service requisitions, and contractual issue resolution
