Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver targeted training sessions for nursing staff
• Create and evaluate orientation programs for recent employees
• Oversee mentorship and preceptorship programs within the department
• Contribute to policy review and staff career development
• Facilitate educational in-services to meet staff needs
Requirements:
• Must be willing to travel for training
• Current resume detailing relevant nursing credentials
