Our manufacturing client is seeking a COP Manager / Central Operations Platform Manager (10+ years) to drive AI adoption and practitioner enablement using Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and Microsoft Join a project-focused initiative supporting AI adoption and knowledge sharing across multiple business units and operational sites.

This role leads the development and sustainment of an AI Community of Practice focused on practitioner engagement, learning ecosystem development, and business value realization.

The position works closely with business stakeholders, Digital Workplace teams, and leadership to support Microsoft Copilot and emerging digital capabilities initiatives.

packaging, supply chain, or industrial operations settings Nice to Have PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci/Change Management, ITIL, or equivalent certification Bilingual English/French Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot or Generative AI adoption initiatives Familiarity with Power Platform and Power BI Experience supporting plant/site rollouts, cutover planning, process standardization, or operational excellence initiatives Responsibilities Build, manage, and improve the AI Community of Practice Facilitate engagement across AI practitioners, champions, business users, and leadership Plan and execute community events, workshops, office hours, showcases, and knowledge-sharing sessions Develop and maintain repositories of AI use cases, templates, best practices, and success stories Curate and publish community communications, newsletters, announcements, and engagement campaigns Track community KPIs, participation trends, and business value realization metrics Support onboarding of recent practitioners and champions
