Join our Fraser Valley Team! We are looking for a talented, focused, results-oriented Sr. Associate to join our contract practice groups! As a member of the contract practice group, you will be responsible for recent business development and marketing of specialized staffing services.

Job Summary

Our Senior Associates work in a team environment and have responsibility for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients. Senior Associates market our services via telephone, video and by conducting in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in accounting and finance departments.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Conducting business development activities (calls, emails, in-mails, meetings) with existing, lapsed, and targeted contacts/prospects to retain and capture current market share by:
promoting and demonstrating the value of Robert Half’s services over competitors
educating clients on current hiring trends and tactics they can deploy to position themselves competitively to attract and hire top talent for their organization
pipelining our services as a trusted business partner




Taking job order requirements and being consultative on market conditions and availability of talent sought after
Conducting searches and managing target client lists to build business development plans
Taking a holistic approach to creating sales opportunities across practice areas and geographies

Qualifications:
Accounting/Finance/Business Administration degree preferred.
3+ years finance, accounting, banking experience, or administrative and customer support experience preferred.
3+ years’ experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment. At least one with success in developing current business in a multi‐call, multi‐decision maker setting.
Prior success marketing to and closing top level decision-makers at small/medium-sized businesses and cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce).
Knowledge and familiarity with accounting and finance department operations.
Positive attitude and an engaging business-like approach.
