This role reports to the Plant Manager and involves managing a dedicated team while guiding site leaders in safety initiatives and EHS strategy execution. You will implement comprehensive EHS&S; programs, overseeing compliance evaluations and proactive risk management to maintain a culture of safety and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage EHS&S; programs and compliance at Airdrie
• Develop site-specific EHS plans and targets
• Coordinate hazard identification and training evaluations
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
• Maintain essential EHS documentation and programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5 years of experience in EHS within manufacturing
• 2 years direct experience managing teams
• Robust understanding of relevant EHS regulations
• Legal authorization to work in Canada required
