This is a full-time in office role with remote capability for a Sales Service Representative located in Toronto, ON. As a Sales Service Representative, you will build and maintain client relationships by assisting with policy inquiries, providing tailored insurance solutions, and managing renewals. Your daily tasks will include responding to client requests, processing insurance applications and policy changes, and actively identifying sales opportunities.





The position requires strong customer service, sales, and administrative support, with a balance of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications

Client relationship and customer service skills, with experience in maintaining a positive client-focused approach.

Sales acumen and the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close insurance and financial products sales.

Proficiency in administrative tasks such as processing insurance applications, managing policy updates, and using CRM systems.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to a hybrid work workplace, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.

A post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an asset.

Proficiency in both English and French (bilingual candidates are highly preferred).

Solid organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting.
