This role focuses on enhancing onboarding applications through your functional and technical expertise. You will actively collaborate in a multi-disciplinary IT workplace, leveraging Agile methodologies to drive application improvements and provide production support. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Support and enhance onboarding and enterprise application ecosystems
Configure and optimize reconciliation and operational processes
Work with teams to implement cloud infrastructure improvements
Provide troubleshooting and Level 2 application support Requirements:
Bachelor’s or diploma in Computer Science or related field
Several years of experience in application support or analysis
Cloud platform experience, especially in AWS
Proficiency in Java, SQL, Splunk, and Datadog
