Achieve sales targets set by the Supervisor
Provide outstanding customer service to all patrons
Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
Respond to inquiries with detailed program knowledge
Communicate deficiencies to the Manager on Duty Requirements:
Proven customer service experience required
Computer literacy essential for transaction processing
Adult Engagement & IC Level #1 Certification
Current CPR and First Aid certifications needed
