Key Responsibilities:
• Implement current business processes and technologies
• Manage ongoing system maintenance and quality assurance
• Address complex issues for Registrar’s Office users




• Facilitate training on systems and business processes
• Perform additional project-related duties

Requirements:
• Three-year diploma or degree in Business Administration or Information Systems
• Minimum five years’ experience with education information systems
• Proficient in student information systems, preferably Banner
• Experience in analyzing complex business needs
• Strong teaching and interpersonal skills
