Statement of Work Services: Assist with creating the existing work breakdown into a comprehensive working plan.

Coordinate daily scrum huddles encouraging lean agile software development principles.

Coordinate work with members of various stakeholder groups.

Highlight and escalate issues and blockers appropriately.

Assist with creating and maintaining a robust high-level Gantt and RAG status dashboard reporting to Senior management.

Other activities and deliverables, as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills: A minimum of ten (10) years demonstrated experience in assisting IT projects in large organizations.

Demonstrated experience JIRA, Confluence, Service

Now and/or similar team-oriented delivery tools.

Demonstrated experience with supporting teams through various types of testing including, disaster recovery, performance/load, functional and full regression.

Additional Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in Agile projects (SCRUM).

Demonstrated experience with IT infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated experience with delivery in SaaS settings.

Demonstrated experience with Dev

Ops (Jenkins, GitHUB).

Software development background.
