As the Lead Journeyperson HVAC Technician, your responsibilities will include the inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, along with training and mentoring other technicians. This role ensures that operations meet all necessary codes and standards while contributing to a secure work setting. You'll be working a 14 days on/14 days off schedule with all necessary accommodations provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform HVAC inspections and report findings
• Execute preventive maintenance strategies




• Ensure compliance with codes and manufacturer specifications
• Lead project planning and implementation within HVAC
• Coach and develop apprentices and technicians

Requirements:
• Journeyperson Certified HVAC Refrigeration Mechanic
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Valid Saskatchewan General Gas Ticket
• Relevant safety certifications needed
• Solid skills in technical interpretation and communication
