This full time position requires at least two years of hail repair and bodyshop experience, along with proficiency in Mitchell and Qapter for estimation. Establishing strong qualified relationships with clients and managing repair processes will be key to your success. You may need to travel across Canada to ensure timely services and maintain quality standards in repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and create cost estimates
• Collaborate with technicians on repair plans




• Manage relationships with dealers and suppliers
• Address claims and write estimates in software systems
• Ensure quality of repairs through effective oversight

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in bodyshop or hail repair
• Experience with Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter
• Familiarity with insurance procedures
• Robust ability to communicate clearly
• French language skills are beneficial
