IHAL is on the lookout for dedicated RPNs to provide crucial nursing care tailored to individual client needs. This position requires flexibility in shift work, catering to clients' needs during the day and night. Deliver skilled nursing, monitor vital signs, and foster emotional connections with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to RPN standards
• Administer medications and handle wound care
• Monitor and document vital signs efficiently
• Assist with daily hygiene and mobility tasks
• Build supportive relationships for emotional care
Requirements:
• Active RPN license from CNO
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience
• Certification in CPR/First Aid
• Experience with tracheal suctioning required
