The ideal candidate will have both previous kitchen and leadership experience, have an excellent knowledge of customer service and COS management experience.

You will: Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff Perform effective and productive daily operation and management of the kitchen staff to maintain the highest level of service, food quality and product consistency Promote a protected, sanitized work site,



ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and storage management Maintain and enhance product offerings in partnership with the F&B; Director Assist in the planning, execution and follow up on food product for catering events, group functions and weddings Hire, train, coach, mentor, supervise and develop a successful & enthusiastic team of kitchen employees Manage scheduling in accordance with labour targets and employment policies Complete payroll processes in an accurate and timely manner Administer budgets for food product, monitor and track inventory and ordering systems Complete weekly and seasonal reports to the F&B; Director as required Maintain effective communication with other departments to fulfill the overall resort objectives Maintain, coach, mentor and contribute to the Guiding Principles of
