This role includes managing the quality process from product development to launch, with a focus on structured problem-solving and hydraulic systems. You will lead APQP deliverables ensuring readiness for production. Key Responsibilities:
Drive planning for all NPI phases
Lead APQP and manage PPAP processes
Conduct comprehensive design reviews for risk insights
Support effective risk mitigation throughout development
Ensure readiness and stability for product launches

Requirements:
Engineering Master’s or Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of relevant Quality Engineering experience
Robust grasp of fluid dynamics and heat transfer
Experience with quality tools (e.g., DFMEA, PFMEA)
Legal eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship
