As a permanent full time leader, you will influence care for 76 residents now, growing to 320 in the future. Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse designation, three years of leadership experience in healthcare, and a passion for our family-oriented philosophy. Your role will integrate effective management practices with emotional and physical care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead nursing teams and services at Erin Mills Lodge
• Manage the transition to the current facility in Oakville




• Communicate openly with residents and nursing staff

• Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety practices

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse status with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR certification
• Minimum three years in nursing leadership
