Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Develop financial models to support decision-making and strategic initiatives Conduct profitability analysis, variance analysis, and KPI reporting Analyze sales, margins, and expenses to deliver actionable insights Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes Assist with system enhancements and implementations Qualifications: CPA designation preferred; MBA a plus 5+ years of FP&A; experience Financial reporting expertise (IFRS, US GAAP) Advanced Excel skills (macros, energetic models, etc.) and experience with ERP systems Robust knowledge of budgeting, forecasting,
