Our client is looking to hire a Director, Pricing & Product Management [Insurance] on a full time basis.

This is an in office 5 days per week role and is newly created to capitalize on organic growth.

As the Director, Pricing & Product provides actuarial and strategic leadership in support of pricing, product design, capital management, enterprise risk management, reinsurance strategy, and compliance across the Company. T provides actuarial and strategic leadership in support of pricing, product design, capital management, enterprise risk management, reinsurance strategy, and compliance across the Company.

This is an individual contributor [''doer''] role.

The role is accountable for:



Supporting pricing strategy and product profitability Leading actuarial support for product review, innovation and design Leading capital and risk management analytics Oversight and support for reinsurance design and strategy Providing independent actuarial oversight and governance Qualifications 8+ years hands on actuarial experience with emphasis on reinsurance pricing, program design, capital or risk management.

Experience with reciprocals, mutuals or other insurance entities is strongly preferred.
