This full time, limited-term position focuses on delivering the AER’s compliance assurance program. You will provide expert insights, engage stakeholders, and evaluate complex compliance files. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct holistic licensee assessments and compliance evaluations
• Analyze compliance data and present risk-informed findings
• Lead files requiring regulatory action and compliance activities




• Guide Statutory Decision Makers on compliance issues
• Support AER staff with investigation and enforcement activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of related experience in environmental or regulatory fields
• Knowledge of the Liability Management Framework
• Understanding of AER regulations and priorities
• Robust initiative and cooperative work ability
