FirstService Residential is looking for a dedicated Live-Out Building Superintendent to enhance the living experience at our upscale condominium in Toronto, ON. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and healthy atmosphere for all residents.
Working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, your key responsibilities include overseeing the cleanliness and safety of the building, responding to emergencies, and maintaining equipment. You will interact with residents, report maintenance needs, and handle various responsibilities critical to the building's operation. Customer service experience and familiarity with building systems are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a clean and safe condominium environment
• Report maintenance deficiencies and supply inventory




• Respond to emergencies and resident inquiries
• Conduct checks of the mechanical room and manage garbage
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance as necessary
Requirements:
• Preferred experience with condominiums and building management
• Knowledge of building materials and maintenance procedures
• Solid customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow up on requests
• Highly responsible and adaptable under pressure
