We are looking for an energetic Shift Lead to oversee operations at DISH and support Room Service. You’ll ensure smooth shifts, assist with guest interactions, and foster team spirit with mentorship and hands-on leadership. This customer-focussed role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead floor operations and support guest service
• Assist Room Service teams as needed
• Mentor new trainees through shadowing
• Address escalated service recovery situations
• Maintain cleanliness and exceptional service standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in Food & Beverage industry
• Hands-on approach with team collaboration
• Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong interpersonal and public engagement skills
• Willingness to obtain a Serve It Right Certificate
