• Maintain functional configuration including workflows and rules
• Prepare change documentation for D365 updates
• Create and manage support procedures and user guidance
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience with D365 Finance and Operations
• Knowledge of finance, project management, and related modules
• Proven experience in functional support and process alignment
• Solid documentation skills in ERP environments
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 training or certification preferred
