We are looking for two proactive Business Development Representatives to expand our presence in the Greater Toronto Area and Southwestern Ontario. You will work directly with care homes, helping them use our platform effectively. This hands-on position emphasizes relationship management and field sales across your designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pitch to prospective healthcare homes
• Support newly signed clients in posting shifts quickly
• Assess existing homes to increase their shift volume




• Foster robust relationships across multiple contact levels
• Keep the CRM updated with all relevant activities
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years of sales or healthcare business development experience
• Comfort with door-to-door sales and networking
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Knowledge of long-term care or healthcare staffing is advantageous
