As an RN Supervisor, you will be integral to maintaining high-quality care at our facility. This role involves coordinating patient treatment, performing skilled assessments, and training nursing staff in best practices. Your communication with health specialists will directly impact resident outcomes and healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate comprehensive resident care and IV management
• Supervise nursing staff and support training efforts
• Facilitate communication with physicians and families
• Monitor care quality and respond to patient needs
• Oversee medication and treatment administration

Requirements:
• RN License with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• At least 2 years experience in supervisory role
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Solid communication skills, verbal and written
• Knowledge of EHR software is advantageous
