You will

· Be given opportunities to work on complex infrastructure projects in the GTA

· Gain valuable on-site experience

· Collaborate with general contractors and consulting firms

· Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced and competent industry leaders

· Become knowledgeable of various mechanical equipment, piping and HVAC systems

Responsibilities

· Support the Project Management Team in the planning and day to day execution of the project

· Document control (Organizing construction drawings, submittal logs,



RFI logs)

· Assist with site safety requirements, training and documentation

· Attend, contribute, and provide summary of in office coordination meetings

· Assist with labour tracking and timesheet processing

· Quality control and commissioning tracking

Competencies (Skills & Attributes)

· Ability to learn quickly and take on recent challenges

· Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills

· Robust written and verbal communication skills

· Understanding of mechanical design principles and piping systems an asset

· Adaptive and competent with electronic and virtual tools (Microsoft Office, MS Project, Procore an asset)

· Relevant education and one year related work experience preferred
