Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver impactful training sessions
• Facilitate the development of Standard Operating Procedures




• Coach on effective problem-solving techniques
• Manage administrative aspects of SKAP records
• Evaluate and refine training effectiveness

Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Science or Training
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Minimum 3 years in FMCG settings
• Experienced in delivering coaching and training solutions
• Solid understanding of Skills Development legislation
