This full time, permanent role reports directly to the Program Director. As a Program Manager, you will lead all aspects of youth and adult residential resources ensuring quality care and compliance with regulations. Key skills include trauma-informed practice, relationship building, and management of support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop positive relationships with individuals and stakeholders
• Conduct assessments and create personalized care guidelines
• Liaise with care teams for effective communication




• Manage medication delivery and monitor compliance
• Debrief critical incidents to enhance safety protocols

Requirements:
• Diploma in human/social services; Bachelor’s preferred
• Three years in human services with focus on trauma-informed care
• One year of leadership experience in the field
• Class 5 Drivers License and reliable vehicle
• Criminal Record Check clearance required
