Capitalize for Kids (C4K) is looking for a driven Manager, Philanthropy and Stewardship to foster strategic donor relationships in a hybrid workplace. This role is crucial for developing a robust philanthropy program.

As a pivotal member of a high-performing team, the Manager, Philanthropy and Stewardship will oversee donor engagement and pipeline growth, focusing on significant gifts from various sources. You'll be responsible for meticulous prospect research, strategic proposal development, and effective stewardship that aligns with organizational goals and donor expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a diversified donor pipeline with five- and six-figure gifts
• Cultivate high-potential prospects using research and networking
• Supervise the Coordinator,



Revenue Generation for effective systems
• Lead proactive prospect research and grant writing efforts
• Oversee personalized donor communications and stewardship planning

Requirements:
• 5+ years in fundraising and donor relations
• Proven proposal writing and communication skills
• Solid analytical ability in pipeline management
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar systems
• Commitment to stewardship and donor retention
