Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing and personal care services
• Develop and oversee individualized resident care plans
• Ensure compliance with legislative care standards




• Manage clinical quality initiatives including infection control
• Represent clinical issues during family council meetings

Requirements:
• Active CNO registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in long-term care
• Knowledge of applicable care legislation and regulations
• Current certification in BLS/CPR
