In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of various municipal projects, particularly for vehicle maintenance facilities. Reporting to the Team Leader in Rail & Transit, you will drive teams in delivering projects while ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and design of infrastructure projects
• Manage project scope, schedule, quality, and risk
• Implement State of Valuable Repair programs for assets




• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Liaise with governmental agencies for necessary approvals

Requirements:
• 5–10 years of progressive project management background
• Experience in municipal facilities and infrastructure renewal
• Solid knowledge of asset management principles
• Proven stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
• P.Eng. designation in Ontario or related provinces
