Description: Troubleshooting Caterpillar equipment and perform equipment repairs Interface with customers, products and sales support Working with the Supervisor on various tasks Providing support with reference to in office safety requirements Maintain Finning Customer Service Commitment Various related duties as required Qualifications: Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification Journeyperson Certification in Mechanic, Electrician, Millwright and Automotive may also be considered Experience in the Gas Compression Industry Minimum 3 years experience as a Heavy Duty Technician Minimum 3 years experience working out of a Service truck Completion, or in process of completing, Finning S-level courses 5-year drivers abstract is required Assets: Working on Caterpillar gas engines and compressors Previous field service experience Note: This position operates on a 5x2 schedule,



based out of our Red Deer facility Out of town work occasionally required Shift work may be required Any future shift changes will be made in accordance with the collective agreement A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current collective agreement Union Membership: You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position.

This will be effective immediately and will result in union dues being deducted from your pay.
