In this newly created role, you will ensure contractor schedules are sound, identify potential conflicts, and report on critical path analysis. Your expertise in project management will support schedule coordination and maintain timely delivery of project milestones. You'll also mentor staff while aligning schedules with broader program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee submittals and review project schedules with contractors
• Assess the effects of proposed project changes and contract terms
• Facilitate resolution of schedule conflicts across teams




• Produce schedule reports in accordance with program needs
• Coach and develop the scheduling team to enhance skills

Requirements:
• 10 years of experience in project scheduling
• Educational background in Engineering, Finance, or Economics
• Preferably PMP or AACE certified
• Familiarity with Design-Build project delivery methods
• Proven ability to integrate schedules and conduct analysis
