This role leads complex testing cycles, stakeholder coordination, and risk management across multi-phase deployment activities from Integrated Testing through Go-Live.

The project offers high visibility within the healthcare sector and robust potential for contract extension as broader HR transformation initiatives progress.

Must Haves 7+ years in project management delivering enterprise software implementation projects Proven ability managing testing phases including Integrated Testing , User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , and Go-Live Experience leading workforce management , scheduling , or HRIS implementations Robust stakeholder management , coordination, and risk management capabilities Post-secondary education in project management,



business, or related discipline Experience with UKG Workforce Scheduling Management (WSM) implementations Background in healthcare workforce scheduling, including hospital or clinical environments Exposure to workforce management tools such as ESP, UKG, or Kronos Experience supporting HR transformation or Workday-related programs Responsibilities Lead daily project management activities for the UKG Workforce Scheduling Management Cloud migration Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Coordinate Integrated Testing Cycles, UAT, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live readiness activities Facilitate communication among business teams, vendors, technical stakeholders, and leadership Maintain project documentation, reports, and change tracking throughout implementation Support issue resolution during testing and deployment phases Collaborate with healthcare operational teams to ensure effective scheduling configurations
