Reference # 01098 Posted Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 at 1:56pm Scope Public Applications Accepted Position Anesthesiologist Term Full time, beginning in Fall 2026 Northumberland Hills Hospital (NHH) in Cobourg, Ontario (an hour East of Toronto) is seeking a full time FP- Anesthesiologist for Fall 2026. NHH is a 137-bed community hospital with 4 daily ORs planned for this Fall (expanded from 3). NHH also has a low-risk Obstetrics Program with approximately 600 deliveries per year and a dedicated C-Section OR.
Additionally, we have a 10-bed ICU staffed by intensivists.
We provide Anesthesia for the following services: General Surgery, OB/GYN, Urology, Plastics, Orthopedics, Dental, ENT (Paeds ages 2 and up), Cataracts, Endoscopy, and Minor Vascular (Vein Stripping). NHH has a well-equipped OR with recent Drager Zeus machines, TCI pumps, and Sedlines in each OR.
