In this technical role, you will oversee Zoho CRM administration and lead integrations between Zoho CRM, QuickBooks Online, and other applications for over 34 franchise entities. Your responsibilities will also expand towards broader technical ownership of essential business systems, contributing to changes in the architecture strategy and platform decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Zoho CRM modules, layouts, and workflow logic
• Write Deluge custom functions for CRM automation




• Design integrations between Zoho and external systems
• Manage data integrity across multiple sync pipelines
• Document integration architecture clearly

Requirements:
• 3+ years hands-on CRM administration experience
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with REST APIs and data sync architecture
• Skills in writing scripts and custom functions
• Experience with multi-entity business systems
